Excalibur - Repeating Blocks
Excalibur follows closely the normal written notations used for defined blocks of calls. A series of calls which can be placed under any column heading can be created eg 6*=bbsbbs or a fixed series of calls can be defined eg a=In,5ths,In,5ths . Alternatively, a series of calls or splices can be repeated later in a composition by marking the lines to be repeated with the bar symbol "|", and given a reference letter such "A". Multiple inclusions of a block can be indicated by prefixing the letter with a number such as "2A" etc. These blocks can including spliced methods as well.
